Mike Montoya, CEO and President

Mike Montoya comes from a long family line of craftsmen and joined Wolf Corp in 1980 immediately after an honorable discharge from the US Marine Corp. He began as a laborer with a natural talent for carpentry and grew with the company throughout the years and today is the Vice President for Wolf Corp. He is the producer of every project, from permits, plans and variances to deciding which employees are the best match for each job & hiring all sub-contractors, Mike manages it all. Throughout his career, he says he takes the most pride in and is most passionate about Wolf Corps commitment to preserving and restoring historic homes on Santa Fe’s east side.

Susan Martinez, CEO and CFO

Susan Martinez, an entrepreneur with many successful businesses from Alaska, Wyoming, Colorado and back to her hometown Santa Fe, NM. Having established a business administration and management certification, QuickBooks certified and bookkeeping services, she administrates a significant leadership role in integrating the financial planning and strategic decisive impact on multiple business areas. With her open door policy to employees and subcontractors, she has implemented positive business relations to deliver the ultimate objective and growth for the company. When she is not working she enjoys the outdoors; fishing and hiking, traveling and cooking for family and friends.

John Jones, Estimator

John Jones has been an employee with Wolf Corp since February 1989. John is the Lead Estimator for the company and spends much of his time preparing accurate estimates, tracking costs for projects and analyzing important metrics. He has been in the construction business for over 40 years and has done everything from being a finished carpenter to a project manager during his career with Wolf Corp. Today he enjoys his work which he describes as developing the bare site with the client and getting it ready for a foreman to move onto. John was the project manager on the acclaimed structural glass home you will find in our residential portfolio section.

Felecia Lopez, Administrative Assistant

Felecia Lopez began her career with Wolf Corp in November of 2000. Like most of the employees at Wolf Corp, Felecia worked her way up to her current position as the Administrative Assistant.

Hers is the first helpful voice you hear when you call or and the smiling face you see when you walk into the Wolf Corp office. Felecia is a hub, providing administrative support to all staff to ensure efficient operation of the office. She provides key support to the CFO, producing client billings, entering and processing Accounts Payable, and when the CFO is on vacation, handling payroll and banking. She interfaces with sub-contractors and assists with all their related paperwork.

She is a valued employee whom everyone turns to with many needs.
